Fair project governance: An organisational justice approach to project governance

Project governance is traditionally associated with aspects such as directing, controlling or holding to account. However, the good principle of fairness has long been neglected. This paper investigates project through theoretical lens organisational justice, which concerned perception in working environment and theoretically introduces concept fair governance. A single holistic case study provides in-depth insights into lived experience participants a phenomenological analysis. Features are aligned dimensions justice (interactions, distribution resources decision process) identified four-step approach implement sustain developed: establishment, development, demonstration reciprocation.
